Ingredients: 2 1/2 cups flour 2 cup water 1/2 cup salt 2 tablespoons salad oil food coloring 1 tablespoon powdered alum Directions: In a large bowl, mix flour, salt and alum together; set aside. In a medium saucepan, bring water and oil to a boil. Remove from heat and pour over flour mixture. Knead the dough. Color dough by adding a few drops of food coloring. Store in covered container. That is not correct, she will not use the same cups of flour for 2 portions and 11 portions.

2 portions: 5 cups of flour because there is 2 1/2 cups in 1 portion, so you would do 2 1/2 x 2 which the answer is 5

I say 5cup of flower I say this because if you take away the 1/2 2 portion so if you multiply 2×2 you ail get for but a1/2+ a 1/2 = a. Whole so you get 5 dips of flower
